K6Game Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete and binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and K6Game ("K6Game", "we", "us", "the Platform") in relation to your use of the K6Game website at k6game.ws and all services, games, promotions and features offered through it.

By completing the registration process and creating a K6Game account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an account or use K6Game's services.

K6Game reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. When we do so, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account. Continued use of K6Game following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use K6Game you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. K6Game strictly prohibits the registration or use of its services by anyone under 18, and carries out age verification checks on accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balances forfeited.
• You must be registering and playing in your own name and for your own personal use — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that applies to online gaming platforms, including any restriction you yourself have previously requested on K6Game.
• You must not be acting as an agent for any other person, and no other person may have any interest in your winnings or account balance.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on K6Game. Creating duplicate accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being voided.

When registering on K6Game you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

Identity Verification (KYC)

K6Game may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any point we deem appropriate for security or regulatory purposes. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. K6Game will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts above a certain threshold.

Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances, including pending withdrawals.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your K6Game username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. K6Game will never contact you to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact K6Game support immediately. K6Game cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on K6Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). K6Game does not charge a platform fee on deposits or standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) are outside K6Game's control and are borne by you.

Accepted Payment Methods

K6Game currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Interbank Funds Transfer (IBFT) — all major Pakistani banks
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit on K6Game is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit at platform level, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your K6Game wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. K6Game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered to your account. K6Game does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within a few hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals process within 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing if your account has not yet been fully verified.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on K6Game are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event or game in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict exists between sport-specific or game-specific rules and these Terms, the sport/game-specific rules apply to that specific activity.

Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is only valid and binding once K6Game has confirmed it and issued a unique bet reference. Bets placed verbally, via chat, or via any means other than the K6Game platform interface are not valid. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming any wager. K6Game is not obliged to cancel a bet on the grounds that you made an error in selection.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts vary by sport, market and game type. Maximum stake limits are set per event and per market. K6Game reserves the right to change maximum stake limits at any time and to limit the maximum stake of any individual player or account without providing a reason. These limits exist to manage risk and ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform for all players.

Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on K6Game are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Palpable errors in odds (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error) may be voided by K6Game regardless of whether the bet was confirmed. K6Game will notify affected players and return their stakes in full where bets are voided on this basis.

Casino and Game Results

All K6Game casino games, card games, Aviator crash game and virtual sports use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are final once determined. Technical malfunctions during a game round (e.g., disconnection, server error) are handled according to the specific rules of each game. In the event of a malfunction that prevents a round from completing, stakes are returned to the player's wallet.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

K6Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility conditions (e.g., new player only, minimum deposit required, specific payment method) are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying games are stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated that a promotion is stackable.
• K6Game reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player has fulfilled its wagering requirements, the remaining bonus balance will be forfeited but any cash balance derived from already-completed wager requirements will be retained.
• Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on K6Game. Engaging in any of them is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment details, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one K6Game account, whether under your own name or different names. This includes using a third party's details to create an account on their behalf.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games on K6Game.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with K6Game's platform in any way not intended for human use.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or promotional offers to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that constitutes abuse of K6Game's services.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly continuing to use a feature or market that is offering incorrect odds, incorrect game behaviour, or any other technical error in your favour.
• Money laundering: Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner intended to conceal the origin of money, or using K6Game as a mechanism for any financial transaction that is not genuine gaming activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to K6Game. Where chargebacks are fraudulent, K6Game will pursue recovery through all legal means available.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

K6Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, K6Game will aim to complete its review within 72 hours. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals are paused. If an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated promptly. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and relevant balances dealt with according to the nature and severity of the breach.

Players may also close their own K6Game account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

K6Game takes its responsibility to promote safe and responsible gambling seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and when it stops being that for any player, K6Game has a duty to make it as easy as possible to get help.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session time reminders: Receive an on-screen alert after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily lock your K6Game account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). Account cannot be reopened until the period ends.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close access to your K6Game account for an extended term. This cannot be reversed until the full exclusion period has elapsed.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

K6Game provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While K6Game takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, it does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or entirely free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K6Game shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, special or consequential losses arising from your use of K6Game's platform, even if K6Game has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

K6Game's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data

K6Game collects and processes personal data provided by players during registration, identity verification, and normal platform use. This data is processed in accordance with K6Game's Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and K6Game and should be read alongside these Terms.

K6Game will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13. Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any verified real-money balance before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of K6Game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
